The Role: You’ll be working within a multidisciplinary primary health care team, supporting the health and wellbeing of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander clients through: Health promotion, screening, and early detection Chronic disease management and general nursing care Supporting the delivery of outreach clinics as required Providing culturally safe, trauma-informed care Coordinating care and following up on treatment plans Collaborating closely with GPs, RNs, AHPs and community teams What’s On Offer: $30 - $40 per hour 12% superannuation Salary packaging 17.5% leave loading Supportive, values-driven team culture Career development future progression opportunities You’ll enjoy a Monday to Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm schedule – no weekends, no shift work, and strong team support.
